How we handle your information.
This page describes what onelumera.com collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is written for the website only. Contractual and project data is governed by the agreement covering that project.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, a description of your requirement, and which division your enquiry concerns (Healthcare, Energy, Both or Other). Organisation and phone number are optional. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.
When an enquiry is submitted we also record the time, the IP address it came from and the browser user-agent string. These are used to prevent abuse of the form and for nothing else.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and maintain a record of the commercial conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Who sees it
Enquiries go to the LUMERA commercial team. They are delivered by our email provider and stored on our own server. We do not sell, rent or share enquiry data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted, unless they have become part of an active project record. If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, email us and we will delete it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Two typefaces, Inter and IBM Plex Mono, are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No other third party is contacted.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to haben@onelumera.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is held on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted to our mailboxes over authenticated, encrypted connections.
